“REQUISITOS:
Experiência no desenvolvimento de jogos;

AS TUAS FUNÇÕES:
Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe de design transformando ideias em recursos e serviços;
Planear e implementar as features dos jogos;

Criar documentação técnica;
Revisar e atualizar documentos técnicos existentes e futuros;

“Create content and play scenarios that are highly tunable and interactive, representative of the broader gameplay:
Understand and operate existing systems and tool capabilities
Use strong critical and analytical thinking to work with complex intertwined systems;
Create content that highlights game features and explores a variety of user-profiles and play patterns
Have a strong methodology for creating content based on hypotheses, data modeling, and testing;
Formulate playtest questions and interpret results into meaningful experience adjustments
Contribute to new features and supporting systems’ creation
Identify opportunities for expansion of features

Do Brasil por vezes surgem um vídeos interessantes acerca do desenvolvimento de videojogos. Um desses autores que eu de vez em quando vou vendo as coisas que ele faz é o Fabiano Naspolini. Ele tem um canal de nome Fábrica de Jogos que permite assistir no youtube o mais diversificado tipo de vídeos relacionados com o desenvolvimento de videojogos. Ele também uns cursos online sobre alguns temas (gostava de assistir a um deles, contudo os vídeos estão numa plataforma dele e tenho sempre algum receio que um dia destes a plataforma seja desligada e fico sem aceder!!)

Working on the Roblox Platform and in a small team for each game will give you a lot of creative freedom, this means that you will be able to define the player experience a lot and also you will get to work on every part of the game, from UI-code and gameplay logic to server code.

Required Qualifications
Experience with programming in the C-family and LUA

As a 3D Game Artist, you will play a key role in creating art for our new projects and our existing games. You will work closely with other artists, designers and programmers to create assets for our existing games and art styles as well as be part of building new projects. You will get the opportunity to work on our own established IPs as well as working with some of the biggest brand clients worldwide.

You are a self-driven versatile artist and a good team player
You are able to analyze and follow established art direction, create optimized assets from the design stage to final implementation, and convey it to others

Required Qualifications
3 years of professional experience
Demonstrable proficiency in a 3D modeling package such as Blender, Maya or Max
Experience working in a games engine such as Unity or Unreal
Good understanding of technical constraints and optimization
Proficiency working in a cartoony or stylized art style
Experience working in an agile and iterative workflow
Fluency in English. Swedish is a bonus but not needed.

Senior Game Designer
The Gang is now looking for experienced Game Designers to work on creating a vision for our new projects and our existing games. As a Game Designer at The Gang your main role is to work closely with the other disciplines to drive and fulfill the vision of the game and to deliver an experience that meets the expectations of the players and the team.

You will be responsible for designing and balancing features, building levels, designing story and quests, onboarding and more. Together with the team make sure that the project planning and documentation is up to date and through play tests and feedback iterate on the games. In case of work for hire productions you will be the creative point of contact, so a strong social competence is highly desired for this role.
